Tuckahoe Update 12-19-2017

Wishing you a joyous holiday season and a wonderful new year!

Hi Tuckahoe Square Dancers,

Our Holiday Square Dance was a wonderful and festive evening!!! Everyone enjoyed Drew calling for our special dance and Dave leading our line dancers. It was a pleasure having Drew & Grace and Dave & Betsy join us for our Holiday Dance and help make it a fun evening.

A big Thank You to Amy for helping to decorate our dance room with the garland and red bows; to Barbara for providing the décor and Santa figurines; to Nance for the yummy dip and cookies; to Ken for taking our Holiday pictures and capturing the dancers in Holiday attire; and to Helen, Lis & Allen for helping set-up/breakdown and helping where needed. Everything added to the festivities of the night.

A huge Thank You to Scout!! The refreshment table was just beautiful with the wrapped gift packages as the serving podiums and the delicious pinwheels, shrimp, veggies, various cheeses with grapes, and all the snacks that everyone enjoyed. She made it all so festive including bringing Mr. Gingerbread Man!!  Scout also brought the extra gifts (4 decorative bowls and 2 cakes) which added to the fun of our normal 50-50 raffle.

We hope the winners enjoyed their gifts. Scout did a lot to make our Holiday Dance special. We are so glad she is back and doing well.

Thanks to all for joining in for our Holiday Square Dance!!!

During this holiday season please keep Cathy & Jessie, Faith & Bob, Bill Davis and Eva Aultman in your thoughts and prayers.
