Tuckahoe Update 12-13-2017

Hi Tuckahoe Square Dancers,

Well Mother Nature brought us more snow and ice than expected!! Hope everyone was home warm and safe for the evening.

December 15th will be our Holiday Square Dance. Be sure to wear your Holiday attire. The Club is providing the refreshments for this dance and Scout has been busy getting everything ready for our enjoyment. We will be glad to see Scout back. Barbara along with Amy will be decorating to make our dance festive. It will be a fun evening.
Drew Scearce will be our guest caller. Drew has called for our Holiday Dance for several years  and it will be good to see him again. He is doing very well now and will not be going to Florida anytime soon!

Everyone please bring extra cash for raffle tickets!  We have quite a few “anonymously donated” prizes to draw for so keep your 50-50 tickets after each drawing since we will continue to draw from same tickets AFTER each one is chosen until they are gone!
In case there are any leftover refreshments, please bring a plastic-ware container so you can take home some goodies from our FABULOUS party!
We look forward to “squaring up” at our dance this Friday!  Let’s break out the “festive” outfits, our holiday smiles and we will probably find out who made the Naughty or Nice list this year!  Scout

The students from our new dancers class have been invited to our Holiday Square Dance. Please welcome them to our club and let them know how much fun we have!!

Tuckahoe Squares will be “DARK” on December 22nd and December 29th.  Enjoy the Holidays!!

December 31st (Sun) – Ring in the New Year “2018” at All Saints Episcopal Church from 9:00 to 12:00 with Gene Chamberlain and George Springer. All members to provide the refreshments for the night.

Let’s “Load the Boat” with everyone square dancing and enjoying the fun.
