Tuckahoe Update 11-01-2017

Hi Tuckahoe Square Dancers,
We had a great Halloween Costume Ball on Saturday evening with lots of awesome costumes!!  All were unique which made the judging quite difficult for our judges: Jeanine Springer, Roberta Harris and Tom Brown. With lots of discussion the judges came up with their choices for the costume winners:

First Most Original            Peanut Butter & Jelly                      Joy & Jim Dilworth
Second Most Original       The Blues Brothers                          Scout Saylors & Rene Collins
Funniest                               The Beach Bums                             Susan & Mac McNamee
Honorable Mention           Statue of Liberty & Uncle Sam     Renie & Rob Green
For Patriotism

Our Halloween Dance guest caller was Kenny Ferris and guest cuer was Butch Bloxom (Witch in Training!!). They did an excellent job calling/cueing Halloween theme songs as well as many favorites. The awesome Halloween refreshments were provided by the Tuckahoe Squares members.  It was a fun Halloween Costume Ball dance for all!!  Many “Thanks” to Kenny Ferris and Butch Bloxom, to the “Judges” Jeanine, Roberta and Tom, and all the Tuckahoe Squares members and our guests.
